22.0 SEVERE FLOODING WILL OCCUR FROM YOUNGSTOWN TO LOWELLVILLE. AREAS ALONG THE RIVER WILL BE COMPLETELY INUNDATED.
20.5 MAJOR FLOODING WILL OCCUR IN INDUSTRIAL AREAS EAST OF US 60. FLOODWATERS MAY REACH DEPTHS OF 2 TO 4 FEET ALONG RAILRAOD TRACKS IN THIS AREA.
15.0 FLOODING WILL SPREAD INTO INDUSTRIAL AREAS ALONG THE RIVER.
10.0 FLOODING OCCURS IN LOWLAND AREAS NEAR YOUNGSTOWN. LOW LYING SECONDARY ROADS MAY BE FLOODED.
